He also gives clients insight into the areas surrounding their potential new home and tries to help them become aware of potential issues with neighboring properties, or issues in their local area which could affect their real estate values and quality of life. He tries to make his clients aware of all financial costs, including utilities, maintenance, insurance, financing, as well as tax implications. When necessary, he refers clients to experienced real estate legal and financial professionals and gives them access to the proper information and resources to help in their purchase. Joseph tries to convey realistic financial and investment expectations, not typical pie-in-the-sky sales rhetoric.
