When it comes to realtors in Lexington KY, Joe is the best of the best! He consistently went over and above in every facet of the selling process. He helped us get our house market ready, made sure we were up to date on the state of the market, coordinated open house events, helped us strategize pricing to yield the best possible return, was always available to answer questions, and stayed on top of follow up communication from all involved parties - I could spend hours outlining every little thing he did to make the selling process as pleasant as humanly possible! Truly cannot recommend him enough.

Joe Lybrook was an absolutely amazing realtor! As a first time home buyer, I obviously had little to no knowledge in the home buying world and on top of that, I entered when the market was a huge sellers market during COVID protocols. He was very informative and transparent with me, always fighting for me throughout the process. A no point did I ever feel like I wasn’t be kept in the loop or that I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge!
