Hi, I’m Joseph Dalton, a lifetime resident of Mechanicsville, VA. I’m a proud father of two wonderful daughters and happily married to my best friend. Family is at the core of everything I do, and it’s what drives my passion for my work. I’m fortunate to be part of a family real estate team with over 50 years of combined experience in real estate and mortgage lending. As a local expert, I specialize in real estate and investment properties, helping clients make informed decisions. Outside of work, you can often find me enjoying a round of golf, out hunting/fishing, or simply spending quality time with my family. I believe in building lasting relationships and creating a positive impact in the community I’ve called home for so many years.
