Born and raised in southern West Virginia, Joe was brought up on the core values of hard work, trustworthiness, and compassion. After receiving a double degree in Marketing and Communications with a minor in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, Joe took his studies to DC and paired them with a passion for real estate.
Having spent nearly a decade in DC, Joe has extensive knowledge on all of the unique neighborhoods that make the DMV an excellent place for home ownership. Taking that knowledge and then listening to the wants and needs of his clients is what drives Joe to make the perfect match - ultimately creating the dream lifestyle.
Joe has a strict same-day response policy and knows that accessibility, flexibility, and dedication are what it takes for his clients to end up on top in the competitive DC market. As a current DC homeowner, Joe understands the process from start to finish, as well as the magnitude of making the biggest purchase of a client's life. Taking that experience, Joe strives to make each transaction seamless and most importantly having some fun along the way.
When not at work, Joe is an avid tennis player, enjoys bad reality TV, eating his way through DC (many a client has claimed that showings frequently turn into a "best of" food tour), and planning his next international adventure.
