Joseph Del Sesto

Joseph is an Associate Broker and has been a multi-million dollar producer for several years now. He has been an Executive Director with the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, Chairman of the Education Committee and member of the Agent Leadership Council in his office. Joseph has both his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) degree along with his Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. He has been recognized as a Top Real Estate Professional by RI Monthly for the past several years (done by a survey of his clients) which considers him to be in the top 4% of Real Estate Agents in Rhode Island.

Besides his extensive knowledge of the real estate market, Joseph had previously spent a number of years as a land development consultant, designer and project manager. This experience makes him a valuable resource for land development projects, regulations, and permitting. He has been a Rhode Island resident all his life, residing in Cranston and is extremely familiar with the communities and municipalities. Several years ago he decided to turn his focus on the residential brokerage side of the business as he has always had a passion for the industry as a whole.
