As an Independent Real Estate Broker, I have the same access to the MLS, technology, Inventory and Buyers as the larger companies, with the advantage of time and experience to better serve my clients. I started in this business as a loan officer in 1998. To date, I have written over 1000 individual, residential mortgage for my personal clients. I still write loans today for many of my buyers. In 2009, when the real estate market was in peril, I got involved in representing my clients with lenders... working to either save their home or to get them approved for a short sale. With so many agents leaving the business, I had a hard time finding help for my clients.... so I became an agent myself. I stared out by listing the short sales and working on the tough transactions.... doing work that attorneys were charging too much for and other agents were turning away. I became a Real Estate Broker in 2012 and now hold 6 Broker's licenses. Today, I apply the same sense of urgency and care in my work for both Buyers and Sellers, trying to make the best out of their home investment and chasing their own American Dream of successful home ownership. I take on only a handful of new clients each month and spend the necessary time to educate, assist and advise them in buying or selling their homes. I love what I do, because it is about helping people.... and I happen to be very good at it.
