Efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and effective.Joseph was well prepared our first meeting at my home that I sold he was able to price the property accordingly and it was under contract within a week. The website was easy to navigate with photos of my home and additional photos were uploaded quickly.
I understood the value of a real estate agent but until I listed and sold my home I can honestly say I will seek out Joseph for my new purchase in the future.

We hired Mr. Frady to help us sell our home and do a 1031 exchange with purchasing a condo. We had the home under contract a little faster than we expected and were worried we wouldn’t have time to locate a property for the tax exchange we were waiting to do.
