About Joseph

Joseph M. Frullaney is a West Point graduate and Owner of the Academy Realty Group. He is a New York State licensed Real Estate Salesperson, REALTOR®, and Certified Professional Sales Person with the National Association of Sales Professionals. Joe was born and raised in the beautiful New York Hudson Valley where he later attended college, served as a U.S. Army Officer, and retired to after his military service.

While attending the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, Joe competed as a two-sport NCAA Army Athlete prior to receiving his Bachelor of Science degree. Joe went on to serve as an Army Protocol Officer at West Point after graduating and commissioning from the Academy. Assigned to the General's Staff of the USMA Superintendent (3-Star), he planned, coordinated, and executed dozens of operations at and around the United States Military Academy for Foreign Dignitaries, U.S. Government Officials, Foreign Government Officials, Military Commands, and World Business Leaders before retiring from the service.

Initially breaking into the real estate industry as an investor, he brings a unique blend of financial foresight and human understanding to the client-agency relationship. The Academy Realty Group specializes in Residential, Luxury, and Commercial sales as well as both corporate and military relocations throughout the Hudson Valley and Greater NYC Area. Building relationships, mentoring clients, problem-solving, and accomplishing their personalized goals are the aspects of real estate that Joe enjoys most. He embodies the core values of selfless service, unconditional integrity, and client advocacy. Ultimately, representing clients in real estate transactions is a means to ensure his lifelong commitment to serving others.

Outside of real estate, Joe is completing his Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience at King's College London which he uses as leverage in understanding the human condition, allowing a more holistic and human real estate experience by enhancing communication and understanding with clients, other agents, and other real estate professionals. In his free time, he enjoys watching baseball and hockey games, rock climbing, and spending time with his family.
