Joe did an incredible job helping me sell my father’s home. He made the process easy, was able to negotiate a package that worked for myself and the buyers, and went above and beyond to support me when I was managing this sale long-distance. What can I saw other then extraordinary! Joe is a highly responsive realtor. Call him anytime and he is there to answer all your questions. His eagerness and transparency through it all takes stress off a very stressful process. He’s also my hero! When the closing on my new house almost didn’t happen and I had to move out of my old house, with nowhere to go with my 2 children and dog. He offered for us to stay with him! I don’t know of any realtor with such kindness! I would highly recommend Joe for all your future realty service!
