Joseph Hutchinson

An island native, Joey was born and raised on Anna Maria Island where he enjoyed summers on the beach and fishing the backwaters of Tampa Bay in the winters. Joey first joined Duncan Real Estate to oversee the vacation rental operations and has moved on to work as a licensed sales agent. Before joining Duncan Real Estate, Joey played D1 soccer at the University of South Carolina where he earned a B.A. in economics with concentration on marketing. Upon graduation Joey spent a year in Los Angeles working for a marketing firm.
