It is our immense pleasure to recommend Joe Lopez as a real estate agent for any family and/or individual searching for their ideal home. My husband and I were searching in the San Luis Obispo area to purchase a home after retirement. We went through several realtors who we were not happy with.
Well Joe Lopez came through for us! He came highly recommended from our real estate agent in Pasadena. This recommendation changed our lives as we were able to purchase our retirement (dream) home in Central Coast. The process couldn’t have gone any smoother, we even closed ahead of schedule!
Joe provides his clients with A-1 service as he informed us of the area, home and answer any questions that we had. Not only does he find the home for you but he also makes sure everything is ok to the clients liking. If it wasn’t for Joe, we probably wouldn’t have our dream home. He is extremely knowledgeable and a very resourceful person. He is willing to go out of his way to check out the home and make a video to show his clients before they make a trip to view the home. He goes way beyond what any agent will do for his clients. He helped us moved in too! We can’t recommend him enough to our family and friends.
