Joseph Mancini had a vision of creating the most trustworthy and knowledgeable LBI real estate firm in 1972 when he first obtained his real estate license. He was able to reach that goal in 1980, when he got his broker's license and started two new businesses, Mancini Realty Co. and Mancini Custom Homes.

Since its inception in 1980, Mancini Custom Homes has built over 1,000 extraordinary properties on Long Beach Island. Our real estate division has also closed countless deals and has continuously satisfied our clients.
