About Joseph

Joe is a Minnesota native - growing up in Saint Cloud, graduating from University of Minnesota-Duluth, and then spending seven years in various roles at the Target Corporation. It was during his Target tenure, when Joe was graduating with his MBA from the Carlson School of Management that he decided to make his life even more eventful by buying a house. This is when he realized the significance of the Realtor's role - offering him a wide variety of options as an expert guide to the marketplace and leaning on an extensive network to better connect him with an ideal home. Joe not only bought a house but fell in love with the real estate industry. In yet another big decision, Joe left the corporate world and channeled his passion for finance, market analysis, consulting, and relationship building into a career in real estate. After gaining experience in the urban condominium market, starting a small Minneapolis boutique company, and later as a member of a top producing team at a major real estate company, Joe served as the Managing Broker and CEO of VSM Real for a few years before starting his own team under the eXp.

Joe has represented and welcomes the full spectrum of clients - from first-time buyers and sellers to relocations and investors. He cherishes the human side of real estate, taking joy in the friendships and close bonds the business has brought him through the years. He sets himself apart by his open communication and genuine concern and care for his clients.

Joe is a proud father with a passion for running, Duke basketball, and community involvement. In addition, Joe has expanded his business knowledge and expertise as owner of a Minneapolis restaurant. In his free time, Joe also cheers on the Timberwolves and Vikings, and enjoys finding new restaurants and exploring everything Minneapolis and Saint Paul have to offer.
