Joseph was very professional. We were looking for a property outside my city of residence, so there were limited times when viewing properties were possible. He lined up showings of houses that we found, but also suggested others coming on the market. Was good with researching and getting our questions answered, even after the closing. I would recommend Joseph as someone who has the customer’s interest in mind, not what would be easiest for him. There was never any push to further pursue any property and he would discuss with us the possibilities or solutions to overcome in things we saw in each home.

My wife and I have worked with at lest 5 different agents in Charlotte over the past 12 years. NONE OF THEM have come close to the FANTASTUIC service Joseph provided us on the sale of our property that closed today. Joseph was the second agent we used on this sale and he excelled in service and communications. As soon as we signed with him he immediately scheduled the first of five open houses. He advertised the property on multiple sites and gave it the widest possible exposure. He kept us fully informed of showings and comments received from buyers' agents. When we received and accepted an offer he had his assistant, Jill Urwick, run the interface with the closing attorney. She is also the top of the line. He even had one of his sons mow the lawn to keep the place looking great. The closing was conducted in a town about 45 minutes from where we live. Joseph actually drove from Matthews to our condo in Ballantyne to pick me up and drive me to the closing. I don't think anyone could ask more of any agent and he did it all without being asked. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH HIM!!!

When we listed our home with Joseph McMurry of Allen Tate Realtors, Joseph gave me an estimate of 3 days and it will be sold. With that in mind, We prepared our home as he requested. His photographer took the pictures, Joseph came by and put the sign in our yard coming soon. Before the house went on the market, already had an offer over the asking price. Just to make sure we let the house go on the market for I think 3 days.
Joseph not only sold the house in 3 days but also helped us get set up with a realtor in Texas, and a mortgage co. to help make the deal easier for us. Joseph McMurry went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he help us to close on our house that he sold, but he made it possible for us to close on our new home in Texas 4 days later. Joseph McMurry is a true professional and if you’re looking to sell your house in a short time, I would recommend using Joseph.
