About Joseph

Born and raised in Philadelphia,Pa. and the youngest of four siblings. My Dad was a World War II veteran. Both my Mom and Dad taught me the value of work and being thriftful. Served a union apprentice in the building trades and later as a superintendent for both Tim Schaeffer Communities and Pulte Group, a national home builder. While working with Pulte I moved into a new role as a Customer Relations Manager. This role one that meant constant interaction with clients conducting scheduled on site inspections with the buyers to pre- closing orientations and their ninety days and twelve month follow as well as any warranty issues. I have always loved architecture and having been on the actual building side and then construction management I segwayed into real estate sales.
