While Joseph Penta may not be a Colorado native, he is close... Joseph moved there when he was twelve years old and have not wanted to leave since. Colorado is home, and he loves everything that this incredible state has to offer. Joseph has a beautiful wife that also happens to be a pastor of a local church, and father to two incredible boys that keep us running! If he is not working, he is out enjoying one of Fort Collins' finest amenities, Horsetooth Reservoir.

For the past six years, it has blessed him to work with hundreds of clients in and around the Northern Colorado marketplace, buying and selling residential properties. It is always rewarding getting to the closing table knowing that you have helped a seller to get the most money possible for their property, or that you helped your buyer's offer get chosen above all the others so they can be in their dream home.
