Joe Riggs specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and investment properties in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester County in Southern New Jersey. His expertise runs deep in the office sector with particular strength in office buildings, medical offices, strip retail centers, single-tenant assets & portfolios, environmentally impaired properties, distressed assets and repositioning opportunities. Joe has an extensive background in purchasing, managing and developing real estate for investment purposes with chief responsibilities in budgeting, management, finance, construction and marketing. He brings these talents to his clients in the evaluation and valuation process. Coming from a family of medical professionals, he also has extensive experience in medical office locations and logistics along with a talent for assisting medical clients and hospital systems as they determine the most appropriate property or space to meet their needs. He has brokered and developed free standing medical offices, multi-tenant medical centers, seashore residential properties, and mid-rise buildings in lower Manhattan, New York.

Upon graduation from college, Joe immediately entered the real estate industry and was one of the youngest real estate brokers and developers in the State of New Jersey. He then advanced his education by obtaining an MBA degree from St. Joseph’s University.

Joe served as Fire Chief in Haddonfield, NJ and remains an active Board Member as the Vice Chairman of the Haddonfield Ambulance Association. He is an active volunteer and fundraiser for Discovery Ministries providing families with special needs, handicapped, and chronically ill children and adults with social, recreational and spiritual experiences.
