Joseph S. Lehr Iv

Joe spent over 20 years managing people, processes, and technology in the transportation and logistics industry. With a marketing and management degree from Siena College and his background in sales and operations, Joe understands the importance of listening to the client’s needs, setting clear and realistic expectations, and the value of open communication.

“Buying and selling real estate is one of the largest financial and emotional transactions most people will ever make,” says Joe. “By understanding my client’s needs and effectively communicating with them, I am the trusted advisor who guides them through the entire process.”

Joe grew up in Ramsey (26 years) and currently resides in Ringwood (22+ years) with his wife, Rachel, and two sons. Joe is a very active member of his community. He is currently a Ringwood Recreation Commissioner, a Ringwood Economic Advisory Board Commissioner, and a Trustee for the Cupsaw Lake Men’s Athletic Association. He previously coached soccer and baseball, was the Membership Chairman for Cupsaw Lake Improvement Association, and was the Treasurer of the Ringwood Educational Foundation.

In his free time, Joe enjoys running. He has run the NYC marathon and multiple half marathons. He also enjoys hiking and can be found on the trails in Mahwah, Oakland, Ringwood and beyond.
