Joe is AMAZING! Sent him a preferred area of an investment property that I wanted and eventually one popped up. He sent me the listing around 5pm and had me in there to see it at 7pm. At 7:30 the same day Joe was working to put my offer in and contacting the listing agent. Had my offer accepted at around 1pm the next day! He kept me updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure my closing happened as soon as possible. I’d recommend Joe to everyone looking for a home or investment property!!

I’m happy to say Joseph helped us with 2 transactions, buying and selling. Honestly, we thought the process would be nightmarish however it couldn’t have been easier. Your first time buying a house can be very scary and intimidating. As a first time home buyer myself I didn't know what to expect, if anything at all. Joseph from Showtime Realty made my first time home buying an amazing experience. He was able to find me preferred homes quickly based on things I was looking for in a home, he was very knowledgeable and informed of all the homes details and any future problems the homes may have, and he walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and answering all questions I had about the process in a very timely manner. Joseph found us our 3-5 year home that will probably end up being our 10+ year home just because we love it so much. Joseph Sinishtaj is the most diligent and hardworking realtor you'll find. My family began searching for a new home in mid-April. We found one in particular that matched what we were looking for and the first question we asked ourselves was what do we have to do to get this house? We actually prayed we would get this house. We made a strong offer but we initially lost the home to a higher bidder. However, that deal fell through and the home was going to be placed back on the market. Joseph understood how much we wanted the house and kept in close contact with the seller throughout the entire process, following up multiple times to ensure the home would be ours if the deal with the first offer didn't work out. In Fall of 2019 I contacted Joseph and told him I was interested in selling my home. He came out, took a look at my property, and listened to what I had to say. I told him I wouldn’t be ready until the following spring/summer but it was something I wanted to do. He wasn’t overbearing or pushy. When the time was right we listed my home. He got me an offer that I accepted the SAME day it was listed. Unfortunately, due to COVID the deal fell thru and we waited to re list until the time was right once again. After a few months of waiting we listed, and sold again within a couple short weeks. He has the knowledge, the witts, and the positive attitude all realtors must have. He will always be my go to guy.
