Joseph Villemaire

As the managing broker and founder of Rockstar Real estate, a real estate company focused on the customer’s ultimate satisfaction, Joe’s passion for real estate is apparent. With lifelong roots in Vermont, Joe grew up working with his father who was a contractor, learning the trades which would give him knowledge for a future real estate career. Working together they converted their hotel to condos in 2005, and Joe started his own property management company to manage the condo association for many years. Not one to slow down, in 2013 Joe and his father started construction on a 54-unit apartment building in Essex, The Lofts Essex. Joe’s management company, Rockstar Property Management, continues to manage that property to this day. At the time construction started on The
Lofts, Joe took on the challenge to get his real estate license and put his many years of maintenance, property management, construction, and operations management to use in a new venture.

After almost ten years with national real estate agencies such as ReMax and Keller Williams, Joe stepped out on his own and started Rockstar Real Estate Collective. The Rockstar brand stemmed from his lifelong ties to music as Joe was a recording artist for most of his life, and has been playing music from the early age of eight! Joe loves working with all of his clients and makes sure to go above and beyond for every person he works with. Whether he’s working with a first-time home buyer or a seasoned seller, Joe will be there to guide his clients through every step of their transaction.

In Joe’s spare time, he enjoys seeing live music, keeping it two wheels down on his custom-built Harley, traveling or going out to dinner. He loves spending time with his friends and family and being at home in Colchester with his wife Shanna and their dogs Benson and Frankie.
