Joe Wathen made me feel confident and hopeful during the entire home search process. He was patient, caring, knowledgeable and most of all very accommodating of my needs as a buyer. I have had other agents before Joe but he ranks at the top for me. He made himself available whether it was showing homes or communication. He really listened to my preferences and never pushed me to buy a home, yet let me navigate through the process at my pace. He looked at each home as if he were buying it and noticed things I didn't even see because he cares about his clients. I would highly recommend Joe, as he went above and beyond my expectations.

Joe is a hard working realtor and a great friend, when he sold our house he actually went to Home Depot for us to get the light fixtures for the contractor to install because my husband and I were both at work. Greatly appreciated his hard work and especially appreciate the friendship we share still.

Joe is not your average Realtor. He's so much more than that. He actually cares. Joe helped us when we moved my parents from Florida to Maryland. It was a very difficult time for us and we had to move fast. Joe did everything he could and went way above and beyond to find a home for them during the pandemic when buying a house was a nightmare. Joe's patience, good nature, tenacity and true talent secured the perfect home for my parents. I can't express how much I appreciate Joe and highly recommend him. Thank you Joe!!!

When it came time to sell my parent's house and move them into an apartment, I reached out to Joe for assistance. Right from the start of looking for an independent living facility, screening moving companies and finally clearing out the house, Joe was right there assisting my parents and I. He took the time to meet with my parents explaining all of their options for listing it. Finally after receiving multiple offers for the house, Joe helped my parents chose the best one that was right for them. They are very happy with the results of his efforts.

My siblings and I had to find a house ASAP for my parents. They were moving back to Maryland from Florida and of course their home sold quickly. Taking in all of my father's requests, which were many, Joe helped us find a nearly perfect home for them. He also did an outstanding job helping to set up everything required to coordinate and close. He went above and beyond! My parents also received referrals for things they wanted done to set the house up for their octogeneric needs. Yes, I just made up a word!

Joe is a wonderful realtor and goes above and beyond for his clients! He is extremely communicative, honest, and easy to work with. Before working with Joe, my general impression of realtors was that they were gregariously deceptive and may work against rather than with your interests. However, Joe thankfully broke that impression of mine within our very first meeting! He is extremely considerate of the client's thoughts, feelings, and opinions. He’s so great that I recommended him to my parents, who also loved working with him. I highly recommend going with Joe. Joe is a great realtor who knows all about the local market. He’s worked with our family for years and we would only use him. He is honest, listens to your needs and his willingness to help goes above and beyond ‘working hours’. When we first saw our dream home he did everything he could to make it happen. To obtain the house without being the highest bidder is pretty incredible. Two months after, we still call him for home advise and he’s always happy to help. Thank you Joe!
