With almost twenty years of real estate experience, Joseph Williams is passionate about connecting buyers and sellers. Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Joseph became a licensed agent at the age of 19 and quickly learned the ropes of both residential and commercial real estate. He honed his skill and expanded his experience and network throughout the next few decades while exploring other career options while continuing with real estate as his mainstay and passion. Joseph opened The Home Source Group in Buchanan, MI in 2018. The Home Source Group has expanded to additional markets including broad areas in Southwest and West Michigan, Northern Indiana and SouthEast Georgia. While Georgia seems odd, this allows Joseph to return to his roots in Savannah, Georgia (with the help of modern technology and transportation) as a Managing Broker in his home state while remaining a Managing Broker in Michigan and Indiana. Joseph is a familiar face in the real estate industry with longtime residential and commercial clients throughout the Midwest. He’s known for his attention to detail and dedication to his craft, often serving repeat buyers and sellers satisfied with their transactions.
