Josephine was an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I were moving our family from Long Island to Dutchess County, and had limited time available to make the trip up to search for houses. Josephine assisted us both in-person and virtually if needed, and cleared her schedule to accommodate our when we made our weekend trips to view houses. She helped us consider houses and see potential where we otherwise couldn't. You could tell she really knows this business inside and out, and she enjoyed helping us find our forever home! We closed and moved in a week ago, and we couldn't be happier with our decision - both with our house, and with choosing Josephine to help us find it!! I would highly recommend anyone use Josephine for their future home purchase (or sale)!

My wife and I were super excited with a pre-approval on hand going to open houses exploring what was out there; putting Zillow to the test. There are only so many photo images you can see on-line of homes before your feet begin to itch and you finally decide to leave the cold feet behind and start looking for the perfect house. It was in Patterson, NY where my wife and our two sons met Josephine.

We entered the home Josephine was showing and immediately you could sense her warmth. She asked us to sign in and was not pushy, or rude like some agents who greet you with a snide, “Do you have an approval letter, or are you exclusive with an agent?”That was not the case with Josephine she instantly found common ground with my family. She was able to ask my wife and I what we were looking for in a home, the wants, the needs and the areas we were willing to compromise on and by god she’s a great listener because every listing she sent us after that incorporated the thoughts were were envisioning in a home. Josephine is realistic with your purchasing goals and is open to laying out options in a clear and concise manner.

I must say we had encountered other agents prior to Josephine, but once we met her for the day and left our first open house in Patterson, NY I told my husband, “You have to call her back she’s the one!” And well that’s all she wrote;Josephine was our guide searching for our home and leading us through up until closing day. The strengths that Josephine has is her ability to be an active listener, promptly answering questions, and concerns and working diligently to ease the stressors of the home buying process. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative about the Putnam Valley area and she has an eye for helping you envision the potential in a home and tapping into your creative side as you look at listings. It was very helpful that Josephine is abreast and up to date with the process and procedures of Quicken Loans the mortgage lender that my wife and I used.

If you are looking to purchase a home with a down to earth, non-judgemental and adept realtor in their trade then you have found Josephine. She was committed to my family making accommodations that worked around our work schedule to allow us to see several homes without feeling rushed, or pressured.

Overall, the process of buying our first home was a smooth process with Josephine by our side assuring us along the way as she committed herself to placing our offer and countering offers, and finally helping us through a smooth closing transition. She is amazing and is highly recommending if you are looking for a positive home buying experience.

Josephine was awesome from beginning to end. She treated my wife and I like we were her # 1 client, even though she many other clients as well. No question was to silly and no problem we came across did Josephine not have an answer or pointed us in the direction of someone who did. She was attentive, supportive and most of all kind. Buying a home is an extremly stressful process, buying a home through a pandemic is even more stressful. But Josephine was able to weather any storm that might arise and treated my wife and I amazingly. It is to be said that buying a home is one of the most stressful things a person can do... we definitely found that to be true but I couldn’t imagine what it would be like without our amazing realtor Josephine.

We started this process with a different real estate agent and we soon realized it was not working out a couple months into our search.. that’s when we decided to work with Josephine.

She is extremely knowledgeable, motivated and really worked her butt off to find us our dream home. She made the process so easy for us. Most importantly she was always available, always a step ahead and prepared. She even gave us recommendations on great local restaurants.. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!
