Josephine O'Leary Weir

Josephine was born and raised in Europe, but her adventurous spirit led her to travel all over the world. Eventually, she came to live in the United States. In 1990, she moved to the Rivertowns. It did not take long for her to fall in love with the area and settle. The Rivertown’s quickly drew her in with their enriching lifestyle.

In support of the local groups that serve the residents, she enjoys fundraising for the Community Hospital and the Ambulance Corps. Her love of the Rivertowns fuels her client-centric approach to real estate. She is the bridge to living in the Rivertowns for those coming in from Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, and abroad.

She has local agility and a global ability that allows her to offer exceptional knowledge and expertise. Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, she enjoyed a successful career in the skincare industry. There, she collaborated closely with high-profile clients in entertainment, politics, and finance. In addition to mastering white-glove service, her husband’s development business also laid the groundwork for her real estate acumen.
