Josh has exceptional people skills and much like anything in life, communication is paramount. Josh does a great job in explaining the process and what approach should be taken. We purchased a home in which Josh was the seller representative and enjoyed working him so much, we brought him on to sell our home!

Another standout was his ability to market and drive interest/traffic to an open house. Whose moves fast and with precision. We couldn’t be happier working together.
