As a first time home buyer, I was very impressed with this company. Josh Kirkhart was very professional and helped us every step of the way. He worked around our crazy work schedules and didnt just go out of his way to help us find our perfect home. He helped us through the whole entire process, all the way up to closing. Very professional, and couldnt have been happier. Nor could we have had any better realtor. Will be recommending then to anyone looking to buy a home.

Per my request, Josh did a Market Analysis of my house. I was pleasantly surprised when Josh personally delivered a detailed 24 page seller's report that included a current estimated home value and comp analysis value, home facts, property history (values), legal description, mortgage records, market activity in our area, statistics on median sales price and volume, and 5 comps nearby that also had detailed information on each one. The report was bound and very professionally done.
While I am not in the immediate market to sell my house, I fully recommend Josh for your Realtor needs. After spending a little time talking to him, I believe he is a person that has your best interests in mind and will do an excellent job for you.

Josh is eager to serve his clients to the best of his abilities. I have personally worked with him long distance and he has always made himself available and accommodating to any in person showings or remote showings via Face Time. Very responsive, professional, and follows through on his dealings.
