Josh Kreais

Joshua Kreais is Co-Founder and Partner of Kreais, LLC, a real estate acquisition, holding, development, and construction company based in Columbus, OH. In Josh's role, he manages acquisition, acquisitions, sales, management, and community relations for residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate.

Josh is also a licensed realtor with KW Consultants and focuses on helping home buyers and sellers in the greater Columbus area. He understands that buying or selling a home can be both an exciting and a demanding time and he is eager to assist in reaching his client's real estate goals.

Josh is currently serving as the Vice President of The Midtown Realtors Association (MAREA).

Josh and his husband of over 12 years, enjoy spending time with their twin children and living a rewarding and intentional life. You can find him teaching and playing board games, experimenting in the kitchen with exotic recipes, or playing sports with a local recreational league in his free time. Prior to his career in real estate, Josh served in the United States Army as a Combat Medic and then decided to stay home with his twins as a stay-at-home dad.
