About Josh

Josh is a Gorham native who enjoys servicing his hometown area, whether it is guiding people through the home buying and selling process or coaching lacrosse. While his favorite way to spend my time is with his wife Audrey and three young children, he truly love's his job!

After graduating from Gorham High School in 2005, Josh went on to earn a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine in 2010. While at USM he was a 4 year defensive starter and 2 time captain of the lacrosse team.

From USM he went to work for Unum (an insurance company) for 5 years. That job wasn’t for me. In 2014 he decided to make the switch to real estate. To date he has sold over 500 houses.

In August of 2020 he purchased this office in Gorham, fulfilling his lifelong dream of owning his own business, in his hometown and now in February 2023 he formed his own Brokerage Plowman Realty Group
