Josh Chapel is a highly motivated Associate Broker specializing in residential home sales in the Northern Colorado area. As a Fort Collins native and Loveland resident, Josh's knowledge of the area is extensive. After spending 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, Josh returned home to pursue a career in real estate. He obtained his Colorado Broker Associate license in 2018 and decided Coldwell Banker, much like Northern Colorado, would be home.
