First of all, I just want to say I would absolutely and unconditionally recommend Josh and Samantha for buying or selling. I’ve used their services for purchasing and now selling my home and have been great to work with. They are knowledgable about every step in the buying and selling process and are true professionals. They not only understand the business of residential real estate but they know what it takes to be caring and passionate. They also have helped me make very important decisions about my next purchase. With one of many specialties they offer being New Construction since Josh has built homes that may be the next route I go. They are the best in what they do and have a great communication. Thanks Josh and Sam again!! I couldn’t have done without you guys and I’ll definitely refer to anyone I know looking to purchase or sell. I would give them 10 stars if I was able to.
