About Joshua

Josh was born in Tupelo MS where he graduated from Tupelo High School in 1994. He went to College in Mississippi and moved to Memphis in 2001. In 2002 he met a special young lady by the name of Lindsay and began his real estate career with FaxonGillis Homes. FaxonGillis Homes built new homes throughout the Shelby, Fayette, Tipton and Desoto County areas with a yearly revenue of approximately 30 million Dollars. In 2004, Lindsay and Josh were married, and Josh was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FaxonGillis Homes. in 2005 Josh also took on the role of Principal Broker of the FaxonGillis Real Estate Company with a sales team of approximately 20 Realtors.

Since then, Josh has also served as VP of Sales and Marketing and Principal Broker for Magnolia Homes out of Germantown TN. Josh, Lindsay and there 3 kids Hudson, Hadley, Henley and their two dogs Miller and Marley live in Fayette County right outside of Memphis. Josh serves on the Board of Directors for the Oakland Chamber of Commerce and serves as the President of the Oakland BNI chapter. They apart of The Refuge Church Family in Lakeland which is a church they helped plant in 2009. Josh is a devoted Realtor with his true passion being his family. They love spending time camping, fishing, boating or anything else that allows them to spend quality time together.
