With a background in the insurance and banking industries, most recently as a mortgage originator, Josh is prepared to guide you through each aspect of the home buying process. With a strong understanding of the real estate market and the local communities, he can create fully involved marketing plans. Using a combination of the latest technology and a vast network he has built over many years in the area, Josh connects both buyers and sellers very efficiently.

With a degree in Culinary, you might find him cooking up a storm or working around the farm with his wife and three children. You will also see Josh volunteering at various community events. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Lake Sunapee Region Chamber of Commerce, as well as a firefighter on the New London Fire Department.
