I've had the pleasure of working with Josh since 2017! I first partnered with him when I purchased a home in chambersburg. He was very patient with me throughout the process and truly had my best interests top of mind! I could always rely on him to give honest advice. He did such a great job that I reached back out to him to help me with the renting process. He's been great working as a liason throughout the process. His "can do" attitude will ease any seller or buyer during one of their most stressful times in their lives. I have personally known Josh for over 25 years. He is an honest, no cutting around the edges, get the job done kind of guy. He even helped us on moving day to make sure we were all settled and taken care of. Josh was our realtor for our very first home in 2016. We wanted to give ourselves 5 years to decide if that home would be our forever home or feel we would like to build or upgrade. In all of those 5 years we knew without a doubt we would go with Josh as our realtor again because of our experience. Now here in 2021 we are a month into living in our dream forever home thanks again to Josh. His background story of why he became a realtor was what first sold us with how he explain his experiences. You are going to get what your home dreams are working with Josh AND MORE because of his experience in the market, people skills, and his knowledge of all aspects of home ownership (he was able to tell us about lifespans of certain things throughout a home, landscape POCs, and more!). SUPER responsive in answering questions and all paperwork details.

Selling a home was new to us too and a key step in purchasing our new home. Josh made it a BREEZE. Very transparent on handling showings and offers (definitely how to pick a good buyer) and it was sold before we knew it!

Finding a home is such a huge life event (or events in some cases for us since we moved twice) and you want to enjoy those moments. Josh made it 100% enjoyable and stress free. He is part of our family now. We cannot thank him enough!

Josh was great at helping us sell our home! We were unsure if we would be able to sell quickly but after it was listed it only took a week before we had several offers come in. Not only was Josh helpful in listing our home-but to me, he was not an ordinary realtor. He took amazing photos, had great contacts to help with the process, and even took time to help us with any fixes we needed to do to for the house. I have had my fair share of bad realtors and I can honestly say that Josh is by far the best to work with. I highly recommend him-you won’t be disappointed!
