We do things a little differently at Housewell.

If you're selling a property, we don't charge a percentage of the purchase price. We charge a flat fee of $3,500 - $5,500, depending on the level of service you desire. We think it's an enormous amount of value for everything we offer. We cover professional photography that comes with a floor plan and an interactive walkthrough, listing on the MLS and every major RE website, lockbox and sign installation, offer negotiation, transaction coordination and we do an open house the weekend after going live on the listing.

At the end of the day, we don't necessarily do more or less work based on the price of the house. Why should our commission reflect that it does?
