Horse facility on 80 acres. Approximately 40 m/l acres are set up for brome hay production. The property produced 115 large round Bales last year. Fully fenced and cross-fenced with various pipe pens and small pastures, including automatic and heated waterers. Pastures are primarily brome and mixed grasses. The eastern half of the 80 has a nice valley sloping to a newly developed large pond.
