Josh was born and raised in West St. Louis County and has been involved in the housing/real estate industry his entire life. After graduating from Quincy University in 2005, Josh joined his father in their family business- high-end remodeling and home building, which has been around for 40-plus years. At the same time, due to Josh’s love and enthusiasm for real estate, he received his real estate license and 15-plus years later is still buying and selling homes all over the St. Louis Metro Area. As a full-time real estate professional, Josh is known for his great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents.
