I recently sold my condo in the city of Chicago with the help of Duarte Realty Group. The entire sales process took three months. I received a full service from this team that included: taking pictures of the property, open house hosting, texting application that notified me when viewings were requested and completed. After two months, I received two offers and after picking one of them, it took about 35 days to complete closing. Duarte group helped with engaging Bell & Shah Real Estate Law office that made closing process seamless.
What I really like is that Duarte Realty works as a ream. Everyone is responsive and attentive. I will definitely use them for the future real estate needs for myself and I will happily recommend them to my network of friends and family.

Josue was my realtor for my first and second property, a condo and two-unit home. I must’ve looked at about 10-15 different places before I decided on my condo. Josue was not only patient, but offered helpful advice along the way in terms of what to look for, what to avoid, and how to narrow my decision based on his expertise. Once we went under contract, he and his team were on top of everything, which led to a smooth and easy closing. The process for my second property was not quite as easy, yet Josue and his team rose to the occasion. We had to go through multiple inspections and lots of back and forth with a difficult developer. Josue and his team were not only fast and communicative, but also provided helpful guidance throughout the negotiations and negotiated effectively on our behalf. I listed a house for sale in Bridgeview through a major brokerage right at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic hoping that they would be able to sell the house fast given the credibility of the brokerage. To my demise, the house sat on the market for close to 3 months before I started to explore my options. After asking friends and family for a new realtor referral, I came in contact with Josue Duarte who actually happened to be an old classmate from high school. That, and along with his excellent references is what made me put my trust in Josue and his team. Sure enough, two days after Josue took possession of the listing, I had a solid offer that I immediately accepted. Phenomenal is an understatement. I’m a CPA/consultant, and traveled almost every week, but Josue made the process of selling my rental property so easy. He understood my busy schedule, needs, and scheduled weekly calls with me to keep me updated on the sale. In other words, he organized everything so that I literally only had to be in town for the day of signing, and still helped me get the over 50% return on my rental, property investment that I was shooting for!! I’ve been so satisfied that I’m currently using him to help me use the gain from the sale to purchase my personal, dream home. Josue is personable, honest, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable (he takes all the tough market/number questions that this CPA drills him with =D ).

Worked with Duarte and his team because of how highly recommended he is. Everyone told us the home buying process would take 3-4 months.

With Duarte and his team, we were seeing houses 2-3 days a week--after work! (I work until 6pm) And we found our home in 2 weeks. They are efficient and communicative; just amazing.

Josue was a great help in getting me into my new home. After a bad experience with a bad realtor, I contacted Josue and he worked around my horrible on call work schedule to set up showings, get information for homes I was interested in and really explained the process of everything I needed to close on time with my VA loan. Even if he was not personally available, he had a member of his team meet with me to make showings happen that otherwise wouldn't have. Josue was in constant communication throughout the process from showings to inspections to closing and always responded quickly. I started with a bad realtor and wasted a few weeks and lost out on some homes I was interested in before I contacted Josue so I know from my personal experience that the realtor matters and I highly recommend Josue Duarte
