About Jovar

Jovar (Jay) Simmons was born and raised in West Palm Beach Florida. After graduating from Palm Beach Lakes High School, Jay dedicated the better part of his life serving honorably in the armed forces. While serving, he has been to Iraq and Afghanistan and earned awards for his service. After 12 years on active duty, he returned to West Virginia and join the National Guard. Jay now resides in Marietta with his wife and three kids. For the past three years, Jay has fallen in love with the landscape of the area and the many opportunities that it has to offer. Jay has taken multiple real estate courses and has been fortunate to befriend people in the real estate business. His knowledge and skill set from life and educational experiences along with motivation and drive are sure you to help find your perfect home.
