We worked with Joy on both buying and selling our new/old homes. Both sales ended up being off market, and we felt very confident working with Joy and knowing we were making the right decisions. She very clearly is extremely proficient in all the little details of real estate transactions, is very savvy on the market, and she made the process very simple both times. When we had a very short window to get an inspection done, she had the connections to get someone in right away. Her communication was always prompt and top notch, and we would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Not to mention she is just a lovely person who is fun to spend time with when you're undertaking big life changes!

No matter what situations arise, Joy handles it with a confident, relaxed and enthusiastic outlook that gets results. We also appreciate her professional contacts...from inspectors to cleaners to contractors to brokers...they're all top notch in their fields. It all combines to lessen the stress of the process. Joy Brown was the realtor I used when selling my historic lake cottage. She gave me expert advice on changes and updates that would make it more attractive to buyers, helped me with literally all the choices and decisions. She diligently showed the house, and walked me through the paperwork and financial issues. She was not just a realtor, she became a true friend, and I will most certainly rely upon her in any future real estate ventures. She is a kind, fun and totally lovely person, and smart as a whip. You could not find a better person to bring into your life, for real estate matters or for anything else!
