I don’t even know where to begin. If I could give Joy more than five stars I honestly would. I had the pleasure of meeting Joy through my aunt a few years ago. It’s been a whirlwind couple of years but she’s been by my side through it all. Working with Joy made my life less stressful especially as time consuming and the amount of work it is when getting a house ready to go on the market is and especially with me
being five hours away. She made selling the house as easy as it possibly could be. She will work endlessly to get you the deal you deserve but also will be honest as well throughout the whole process. Denver is truly lucky to have such a wonderful lady to help them buy or sell their home!

When it came to game time, Joy exceeded expectations. We decided to purchase last minute, within a narrow timeframe, and needed to overcome various hurdles to get to the finish line. What I appreciated about Joy was her ability to keep everything moving in a timely manner, while maintaining good relationships with all parties involved. (buyers and sellers).

My wife Michelle and I recently moved out of the state. Joy was a huge part of our sale of the condo. From the time we met she gave us great market conditions for two years. Joy is a fantastic agent! Very responsive and buttoned up. Exceptionally skilled at determining the list price and helping to make the house perfect for showing. I admire her integrity. And was very impressed with her negotiating and people skills. I highly recommend her if you’re buying or selling in large part for the attributes above but also because she has been in the market a long time and understands the nuiances of different neighborhoods.

My fiancé and I had a fantastic home buying experience. It is our first home, so we needed a lot of guidance, which Joy provided. In addition, she had a good understanding of what we were looking for in a house. A few days before we started searching, her mortgage broker Kelly got us pre approved for a loan. We ended up finding our home the first day out. Once we put an offer in, Joy was able to move very quickly and it was accepted later that day; the whole process took less than a week. Joy is efficient, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We've worked with Joy as buyers on two properties now, and won't hesitate to call her when it's time to sell. She knows the Denver market as well as anyone, and she is a pleasure to work with and know. Relentlessly upbeat and optimistic, with the patience of Job. It took us multiple years to find the house we wanted, and she never waivered nor pushed too hard. Joy is also savvy on the transaction side - it's one thing to get the contract written, another thing entirely to get it closed. Call her - you won't regret it!

It has been a pleasure working with Joy who helped us find our dream home in Colorado!! Joy helped us with a move from out of state and she was AWESOME! She helped us with the timing of the sale of our existing home so we had the best chance of getting a home in the competitive market in Denver. She helped us navigate which neighborhoods were good for our young family (schools, parks, access to activities). Moving to a place with no connections is so overwhelming and Joy has been a tremendous help to us. She's made us feel so welcome moving here--our first friend in a new state!

Joy is professional, determined and honest. I liked having her feedback during showings. I liked her background in real estate appraisal---a necessary perspective in a market with homes selling over list price. And she really fought for us!! I know she had other clients but she made us feel like we were her only clients and she would do anything in her power to help us. We feel so fortunate to have worked with her and will be using her again in the future.
