As a young, married (with 2 kids), military man, and with no experience in buying houses at all. Joy made this the easiest, painless, worry-free process of our lives. Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her work ethic and knowledge of the buying process including using a VA loan made this process a breeze. She responded quickly to every question and concern. She helped guide us in the right direction to make the purchase and closing easy. She made negotiations look simple and got the perfect price for our home with zero down and closing costs paid, not to mention being current military we received a surprise check yes a check to us at closing for over $2,000. I appreciate all the late nights and extra hours she put in. The personal touch of having her on my side is why I will now call her my friend.

Joy is AMAZING. We told her what we wanted and needed and she found my husband and I our perfect dream home. From the start she made everything SO easy! I cannot express how amazing and easy flowing the whole process was. I’ve always been SO stressed at the thought of buying a home because of all that comes with the process, but let me tell you, it was so easy thanks to her. She made sure we were on board with every detail and made us very knowledgeable on so many things we didn’t know before. She worked hard, even going out of her way and using her own time to get things done for us. Not only all of that, she got us our home with no closing costs, $0.00 down and since my husband served in the military, she even got us an AMAZING rebate check over $1600!!! Like WHAT?! We got paid to buy our home?! We couldn’t be any happier with our whole experience with her. She is your person if you want a realtor who will treat you Like part of her family.
