About Joy Muczko

I transferred from Kentucky to Loudoun County with my corporate job years ago. I have lived in several towns in Loudoun: Ashburn, Round Hill, Hamilton and now Leesburg. After corporate life, I was deeply involved with our family contracting business and eventually our own real estate company. We have built house for ourselves and for others. My two sons attended Loudoun County schools and Virginia colleges. We are proud to be embedded in this community. Loudoun County is a great place to live and work, I feel extremely fortunate to be here. I enjoy working with buyers to find the perfect place to call home and sellers to move to the next phase life has to offer. It may be a job transfer, downsize/upsize, or another circumstances, but it's a new adventure. Buying and selling property can be overwhelming so it is important to have a professional like myself to offer expert guidance, objective information, negotiation skills, and be the rock during emotional moments. As a full time realtor, I will use all my experience and knowledge to make it smooth, enjoyable, and possible to reach your goals.

Purchasing a new home can be stressful under the best of conditions, but relocating, starting a new job and not knowing anyone or anything about the area was a bit overwhelming. Joy was with us every step of the way. She quickly responded to any questions we had, sent us links to check out different types of houses, schools and activities that take place in the communities we inquired about, and has helped us with anything else we have needed. She is extremely hard working and professional. Frankly, Joy made us feel like we were her only client and has made this transition so much easier. We LOVE our new home!
