I worked with Joy remotely while looking for investment rental properties in North Georgia. She went above and beyond my expectations! She listened to what I was looking for and found me incredible listings. She also didn't limit herself to one small area. Instead, she searched the entire North Georgia area and even drove to some pretty far off listings to preview them for me. I mean . . . WOW! When we got to the negotiations, Joy was definitely looking out for my best interest and communicated promptly and clearly so I could make an informed decision. In all my real estate purchases I've never worked with a better Realtor than Joy. My only complaint is that she's not licensed in Florida (yet). Thank you so much for your help, Joy!
