Why Joyce does what she does: When Joyce became a full-time Realtor, she brought a lot of experience to the job in new construction, renovations, property management, and appraisals. She had worked for years with her husband, a contractor, in his business and managing their own investment properties. Her work as an appraiser was with local and national banks; she maintains her certified residential appraisal license. She still loves helping people find just the right property and sharing her experience to help them understand what’s possible and make informed decisions that will bring them the best value.
A little bit about her: Her husband, Ken and she have two grown sons, Zack and Matt. She’s a city girl who has fallen in love with island life and now serves on the Jamestown Conservation Commission, working to preserve and protect the natural resources so central to our quality of life here.
Things Joyce does when she’s not doing real estate: She enjoys sharing Jamestown with family and friends and taking part in our community events. She loves to cook many of her grandma’s Italian favorites for company, but everyone seems to love her homemade brined corned beef the best. Spending time exploring all parts of our biggest little state is also one her favorite things to do.
