Where do I start!? Post Covid (still feeling the affects of that crazy time) new schools, two kids (4 and 15 years old!), sports and just life! We have always put our kids first and foremost as most people do, but we were ready for the next step with our oldest getting into St Peters Prep and the youngest starting Kindergarten we knew a move to Monmouth County was going to be vital to their success. We looked for quite some time but it was one weekend that we were just checking out some homes and stumbled across Joyce’s listing in Wall, NJ. Joyce is the most kind, and really someone who cares. Although it was a business transaction it didn’t feel like one, she made it so comfortable in one of my more vulnerable times, and she made it happen. We are so happy in our new home, and excited to create new memories! We are forever thankful to Joyce!

Joyce is a genuine,caring professional. I was looking for a modestly priced condo for my daughter during the heat of an aggressive market.
She guided us with financing, inspections, and was determined to make this transaction happen.
It wasn’t a large compensation for her on this purchase and she treated my daughter and I the same as if we were purchasing a million dollar home.
It is apparent that she loves her job, I never felt like I was bothering her.

Joyce assisted us with our first home purchase about 4 years ago and since then she has been considered family. Naturally, we felt so overwhelmed with the process of purchasing our first home. We entered many homes and never once did Joyce press or push us to make a decision. She was always honest (the good and the bad news) and thoughtfully contributed to what would be best for our family. During the pandemic, we successfully sold and purchased a home with Joyce. There are no words to describe the madness of this market during the pandemic. To no fault of our own, we pretty much faced every obstacle imaginable, however, we were so beyond thankful that we had Joyce to guide us throughout the way. We made an amazing deal on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. I do not believe many agents would have had the attention to detail that Joyce possessed; quite frankly only looking at it as a financial transaction.
