My wife and I were introduced to Uzma Jackson through Zillow a few months ago when we were interested in a house. That property didn't work out for us but Uzma kept in touch, with both personalized automated emails and a emails and texts that she personally sent when something caught her eye that we may like, and just to check in to see how our search was going. We have worked with a few realtors in the past year and Uzma is by far the best human that we have ever known. Other realtors didn't really care about us or our needs. Uzma always gave us 110% of her attention and time, no matter the question we had. Uzma is the best and we are proud to call her our friend, even after she was able to score us our first home in record time!

I was selling my home in Manteca and met with Joyce to look over the house and she came across both professional and friendly. I had tried to sell my home for a while and used two different realtors who seemed to have little interest in working. A friend of mine recommended Joyce Fritz and her team at Fritz & Associates.

Wow!! They put together a marketing plan and really hustled. I mean really, really hustled! Getting my home sold and generating interest and excitement for buyers was the Fritz & Associates team’s goal and it showed.

Within hours of us going on the market with Joyce and her team, we had showings lined up. In fact, within days of going live we had offers flooding in. In just a few weeks, we had 21 showings and 6 bona fide offers with buyers bidding up the price against one another in a race to purchase my home.

The professionalism and focused rigor Joyce and her team brought to the effort succeeded and they were always responsive to any questions I had. They were also responsive to the buyer’s needs but never lost sight of who their client was.

My husband and I were looking to buy our first home when we found Joyce as a selling agent on a few properties we liked online. We contacted her to set up tours and from the moment we met her we knew she would be perfect as our buying agent. Joyce was always highly professional and organized.
