I would recommend Joyce to anyone looking to have an experienced real estate professional working for THEM. Trying to purchase our retirement home long distance was a challenge to say the least in our minds but Joyce understood right from the beginning what our goals were and worked endlessly to help us achieve them. I can’t imagine going through this without her expert assistance. Her personality made us feel right at ease from the beginning and we feel we have made a lifelong friend. Joyce Helms was my real estate agent. She handled the sell of my house and the purchase of my condo. I was very pleased with her performance. Joyce was very professional always returning calls, emails, and taking time to explain the process. My house was under contract the same day it was listed. Joyce showed real compassion for myself and the buyer's. She wanted us all to be satisfied with the transaction.
Buying my condo Joyce also steered me in the right direction. It's in a good location and satisfies my needs.
