Joyce is an amazing realtor. She really listened to what I wanted and help me look for it. Even though I was pretty set on this one house she still took the time to allow me to explore other options. Being a first time home owner she took the time to really explain the process to me. She was very sincere to answer all my crazy questions I asked. She is the kind of person that still checks in in you even a year later after buying your home. If I go to sale my house and look for another one she will be my go to lady. I am so thankful she is the realtor that I choose and I will differently choose her again. Thanks Joyce for your amazing patience and the time you took to help me get into my home.

Joyce did a fantastic job for us during our relocation to Aberdeen from the Midwest. She was always available to answer any question, show us all around the area and follow up with the seller immediately during the bid process. We worked with Joyce to help us find a home when moving to Grays Harbor County from the East coast. Joyce was extremely helpful and dedicated. She was constantly on the look out for homes that met our taste and our budget. She helped in negotiating the right price and sales package on the house we selected. Unfortunately, that deal fell apart for reasons beyond everyone's control as we neared settlement. Joyce helped us find another home quickly and also helped us to negotiate a terrific price and overall deal on the home. We highly recommend Joyce if you are looking to find a home in Gray's Harbor County.

Working with Joyce was more than white glove. She was caring, articulate, open, proactive, and had a marvelous sense of timing and consideration for our cross state first home purchase stress.

Joyce went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. She worked patiently with the first time home buyers and me during the entire process. I had to relocate approximately 400 miles away prior to the sale being finalized. She was there to work with a contractor that was doing some minor repairs, negotiated a rental agreement with the buyers prior to closing, as well as all the other details that come with selling a house. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else to sell my home.
