Joyce was amazing during the whole process of selling our home. She answered all my questions and made the process so easy. She worked late into the night accepting tons of offers on our house. We were under contract in less than 24 hours and closed without any hiccups. She is the sweetest lady and you will feel very comfortable choosing her to be your realtor! I’ve worked with eight different real estate agents over the past 19 years and Joyce is by far the best. We are currently stationed overseas and were 6 time zones away from our old house. She identified trustworthy contractors to make repairs and repaint the house at a cost much lower than expected. She also kept the lawn mown and the house in show ready condition. She worked with the Title Company and other agencies making the closing process simple and timely. We were very happy with the sales price and pleased with the experience. Joyce was easy to work with, knows her job, and knows the community. I can’t imagine a better agent to work with and have recommended her to friends as well. They’ve all had similar experiences with Joyce and were thankful for her help.
