Amazing! I can’t even begin to explain how thankful we are. We connected with Joyce through the railroad community because of our husbands. We were relocating from Minnesota to West Tennessee. My husband and I were not familiar with the area and we were virtually house hunting from 800 miles away & during a pandemic.

Life threw some curve balls our way in 2020 & Joyce was always there to check in on our family & we are eternally grateful for her kind heart & generosity.

All it took was one 70 degree beautiful winter day & we found our beautiful home on the third showing!

We are so happy to call Martin, Tennessee home & we owe it all to Joyce for being so patient with us and listening to all our wants & needs!

My experience with Joyce was the best that a person could have with a real estate agent. She sold our house and made the experience as pleasant and fast as we could have ever expected. We were out of state and she handled everything for us. It took so much pressure and saved us time and travel. She went above and beyond the call of what she had to do. If you use her to sell your house you will not be disappointed.

Joyce was our realtor when selling our parent's home after our mom's passing. Everyone in our family lives at least 600 miles or more from the home. She went beyond the call so many times when it came to death certificate, probate, closing attorney's, inspections, the list just keeps going. She was most awesome and we owe so much to her strong ethics and genuine desire to make it all happen. She was the greatest and absolutely the correct choice when picking the best realtor.
